The DESIGN process

Architectural design services can also be provided without including construction management if preferred. Zaxis Modern has completed several design-only projects in jurisdictions within the Greater Toronto Area and outside Canada. We can also provide services for conceptual design only or design with zoning/building permit drawings for properties outside of the Greater Toronto Area. A licensed architect or licensed building permit technologist from the property’s location must provide a stamp for out-of-province or out-of-country projects.

The design-only process is similar to the design phase of the design-build process.  

Zaxis Modern can customize your service plan exactly to your needs, providing as much or as little service as you require in order to achieve your dream home. We are happy to work with local zoning consultants, architects, or architectural technologists in your location outside of Ontario or Canada.
